Best Practices is led by Juliet Atha, who has a unique mix of skills.  She holds an MBA from Ivey Business School.  Juliet is an instructor of Condominium Finance at Humber College.  She is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Condominium Regulatory Authority of Ontario, and a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.   In 2020, Juliet was elected by her peers to the Board of Directors of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.

Juliet has been a director of multiple condominium boards, both high-rise and townhouse.

Respected in the industry, Juliet is known to be hard working, professional, diligent and ethical.  

Juliet holds a General Licence, and is a Registered Condominium Manager.

Racquel Smith has particular expertise in physical building and capital project oversight, and complex shared facilities agreements.

Racquel is a problem-solver, with a B.Sc. from York University.

Racquel holds a General Licence, and is a Registered Condominium Manager. 

Dana Kokurewicz specialises in solving complex problems and steering projects which necessitate intrusive in-suite work.  Dana excels at customer services.

Dana holds a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from York University, which gives him insight into human behaviour and assists with understanding a variety of perspectives and motivations.

Dana holds a General Licence, and is a Registered Condominium Manager.

Lori Melanson is the Director of Accounting for Best Practices Property Management.   Lori is well known by condominium auditors for her thorough understanding of condominium finances and attention to detail.
